Documentary Photography

Please see below some examples of my documentary photography work, in and around the North East of England. From the fishermen of North Shields, Pigeon Fanciers in Wallsend, Greasy Spooner Cafes, Quakers and even the Mayor of Darlington inside the famous Clock Tower. My portrait of scallop fisherman ‘JP’ was chosen to be a part of the British Journal of Photography ‘Portrait of Britain’ back in 2016.
